Sheran Fernando
He is an economist by profession with wide commercial experience, including 20 years in the automotive industry. An expert in Sri Lanka's transport sector, specializing in sustainable mobility. Sheran has been associated with the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce since the 90’s and has served as a Co Chair on their Standing Committee on Climate Change, also serves on their National Agenda Committees on Transport and Logistics and Public Policy Reform. Throughout his career, Sheran has worn many hats: as an Economist for both the private sector and government agencies, as an independent director at both startups and established private enterprises, and as a mentor and coach for startups seeking opportunities to scale their businesses and formulate a functional and winning strategy. Mr.Sheran Fernando also has a vast experience in policy proposition and driving stakeholder engagement, with government agencies, private enterprises, and trade-related committees.
Chandana Wijeratne
Chandana Wijeratne is a qualified engineer with over 27 years of extensive experience in the IT systems lifecycle, specializing in Apparel, Mobile Projects, and Electronic Identification Technology. He has worked with both local and global clients, including some of the world’s leading organizations, during his time at Kingslake. His technical proficiency and leadership have consistently driven innovative solutions that support customers' business growth, particularly in their Industry 4.0 journeys. Chandana is also passionate about environmental sustainability and is a strong advocate for climate action and the circular economy.
